By the way, what are you writing on now?

I have two ideas stewing. Meanwhile I am writing scene synopsi for Leoshine.  I had the great C.S. Lakin look at 5 pages and she directed me to do this.

I  am intensely unraveling new truths

discovering gold in words I never thought I would find

much less type

I cannot refurbish a  lifetime of long silent winters

where I almost forgot who I was or where I'd been

but I shall no longer strain in the coldness of confusion, fear and doubt

winter has been encapsulated

I am discovering the freedom in being free...

Cool! Susanne used to be a regular around here, much like K.M. Weiland. It's cool to see alumni from the forums go on to fame and everything else.

E Clay, you mean like a NetBook or a tablet computer?

Something that can't connect to the internet, like an AlphaSmart Neo.

I write the old-fashioned way, ball-point pen on legal pads and spiral notebooks. Now I read the chicken scratch into my phone, sync the speech-to-text copy to a cloud doc when I get to the library, edit on the fly, then cut and paste.

Oh, my gosh! I totally forgot about that, Phy! And how in the world could I forget? Thanks for the reminder! ;)

I love the whole poem.

The freedom in being free ... free to write or to not write?
